    Meet Dr. Mike

    I've had a +20 year career in Nutrition (and counting) and I love it.

    I started consulting athletes in sports performance in college while earning a degree in biochemistry (and a minor in dance). After that I headed to medical school before re-directing my path to earn a PhD in Nutrition. Throughout my academic career, I've always maintained 1-on-1 and group nutrition clients. My focus for those years was primarily helping clients unlock new levels of fat loss.

    However, after leaving graduate school, I worked with a wide range of people from NBA athletes to elite Silicon Valley tech executives to business men/women to Olympic medalists. The commonality amongst this wide range of clients was that they wanted to use nutrition to power their best life. This meant fat loss, gaining more energy to be with their family, fueling athletic/fitness pursuits, and achieving a new level of performance in their life.

    I found that my true passion was accelerating the results of people that wanted help harnessing the true power of nutrition with simple evidence-based strategies molded to their lives that helped them lead a strong, fit, and healthy life.

    As a father of four and active entrepreneur - I understand busy. But I also understand the power of nutrition to support a level of vitality, happiness, and health that most don't think possible.
