Try my go-to Kale and Egg Flatbread:
- 2 eggs
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 2 cups baby kale
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 slice Applegate Farms turkey bacon
- 1/2 P28 flatbread
Instructions: Cook eggs over easy and place on flatbread. Wilt kale in olive oil in one half of a frying pan, while cooking the bacon in the other half of the pan. Add kale and bacon to flatbread and top with cheese.
