Quick and Delicious Breakfast: Kale and Egg Flatbread


Looking for a quick, easy, delicious protein-filled breakfast that you can grab and go?

Try my go-to Kale and Egg Flatbread:



  • 2 eggs
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups baby kale
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 slice Applegate Farms turkey bacon
  • 1/2 P28 flatbread

Servings: 1

Instructions: Cook eggs over easy and place on flatbread.  Wilt kale in olive oil in one half of a frying pan, while cooking the bacon in the other half of the pan.  Add kale and bacon to flatbread and top with cheese.
