I’ve been web surfing tonight & came across your site. I found several interesting things, but have a beef (no pun intended) about one article/picture. Namely, your post “5 Post-Workout Recipes You Can Make with 5 Ingredients or Less” in which the link goes to your article here: http://www.menshealth.com/nutrition/post-workout-meals/slide/4 on the Men’s Health site.

Recipe 3 is “Simple Sloppy Joe”. Yes, the 2 optional ingredients would make it 7 ingredients & not 5, but they would provide flavor making it edible. That’s not my problem with it. My problem is with ingredient #5, 1 sprouted-grain bun. Some sprouted grain breads are edible & I’m even okay with that, but the bun pictured in the article above the recipe is NOT a sprouted grain bun. That’s a WHITE flour bun. You probably had no control over the photo… just letting you know that whom ever added that photo should rethink what they are doing. That’s like a winkle cream photos with altered images.
