    Making yourself full does NOT make you satisfied. I speak from serious experience on this matter. Fibre does not satiate. It does in theory, but not in fact. You’re better off with protein and fat instead of lean protein and carbs.
    Corralling starches… Hmm. I eat very little starch. I used to and ate like you recommend. I was fat. I’ve now been thin for more than 3 years. I don’t count calories. I eat low carb high fat.
    I shouldn’t say it but you look a bit pudgy on this video!
