I love Barnes and Nobles.
Ask my wife.
I could spend hours in book stores.
Used bookstores are really cool to. At a random used bookstore in Sunapee New Hampshire I purchased my first a bodybuilding training book, it was by German bodybuilder Ralf Moeller. It was my first bodybuilding book…but I digress.
In the past 6 months numerous great books have come out in the fitness industry. I have a bunch on my shelf that I am going to read and review for The Network. I wanted to know which one you wanted me to do first. Here are your choices:
1. Eat This, Not That by Men’s Health
2. Maximum Strength by Eric Cressey (this came in the mail today)
3. Perfect Body Diet by Cassandra Forsythe (whom is going to start writing for the Network).
4. TNT Diet by Jeff Volek & Adam Campbell (I’ve already read this one – very good).
5. Fit To Fight by Jason Ferruggia
6. SuperFoods Rx by Steven Pratt (I’ve read this one too but it was sitting on my shelf so I added it to the picture.
Post a comment and let me know which one you’d like me to review and I’ll post a review of the most popular one first.
Have a good one,
Mike

TNT Diet
TNT Diet
Fit to Fight, I would be interested to see how it differs from muscle gaining secrets. Also, have you heard of “In Defense of Food: An Eaters Manifesto”. This is a quick read that I recommend to many people.
Seriously….when do you sleep
My vote is for the TNT Diet
Fit to Fight
I think I might get out voted but Maximum Strength, who doesn’t want to get stronger, more muscle and learn how to increase mobility? Come on everyone I know that you really want him to review this book. Just admit it, don’t be shy!
It’s not too late to change your votes!!
