What Drives Your Food Choices?

Why do you eat the foods you do? When you are trying to lose weight, what dictates how you go about doing this? Supermarkets and Food Companies spend millions of dollars trying to manipulate your food buying decisions. Did you know that in a recent quality score rating done by a major grocery store chain, 76% of the foods in the store did NOT meet the lowest quality score rating?

This video is an excerpt from a “6 Pillars of Nutrition” talk I gave a couple months ago. I apologize in advance for the poor audio quality (the info is good though!).

    Mike,

    This video doesn’t give much useful information.

    I am not sure your point of posting this by itself.

    Is this designed to encourage people to buy something else more complete?
