Much improved camera angle. I agree with your wife on that one.
Great comment about men and support systems. The thing I find amazing is that in the business world we admit to how strongly mastermind groups can impact your business but no one promotes a mastermind concept for men and weight loss/fitness.
With today’s technology it wouldn’t even have to be in person but could be done over conference call or video chat.
Great comment about the green tea. Will have to try that.
Will be interested to hear about the multivitamin impact on aging.
Green Tea can definitely be a good weight loss accelerator to an extent. By drinking 3-4 cups of Green Tea a day you burn 80 calories, which is a nice 8lb weight loss over the space of a year! 8lbs can make all the difference between looking flabby and looking trim.
As it balances your blood sugar levels it prevents you from craving bad foods, which in turn aids with weight loss.
Great video post.
Thanks for the great info. Could you use actual green tea in place of the water in your shakes? Or is the powdered version have a greater antioxidant punch?
Thanks again!
Don’t forget to put your seatbelt on next time!
I don’t know if it has MORE of an antioxidant punch as the green tea itself (it would depend on how much you use). Yes you can use green tea itself in your shake – that works great.
?Mike, I thought the info was good, but what on earth are you doing driving around without your seatbelt on? An educated fellow like yourself should know better!
Greg & Carl,
I always where my seat belt! That must have been the sleep deprivation taking over
It’ll be on tomorrow.
?Hey Mike,
Thanks for the video and tips on green tea.
I was talking with a client today and he was asking about some supplements to help rev up his metabolism even more. Now I was a little hesitant to recommend anything as I know Alwyn says there really isn’t anything you can take that will make a significant impact on metabolism so I took him about HOT RX by biotest and green tea but wasn’t putting too much weight on it.
Any thoughts on what I could recommend to him?
Thanks.
Tyron
Hey Mike – Great video post. I’m currently on the warp speed fat loss program, just entering my third week and have lost about 8 lbs. I feel like I’ve hit a plateau as I’ve been hovering around the same weight, 195 lbs, for the past week. Any suggestions for breaking the plateau? For reference, I started at 202lbs, used the 170-175 lbs nutrition plan and switched a few days ago to the 160 lbs plan. Training and compliance to nutrition are definitely not the issue so am wondering if additional supplements would help? Maybe too restrictive of a diet? Thanks again for the great information!

Green tea works great for me. I usually brew a cup and drink before I hit the treadmill. I find that the caffeine gives my workout an extra boost. I think the main problem most people find with weight loss is finding something that works specifically for their individual needs. There are lots of programs that work but if you're doing something you hate you won't stick with. The key is to find an exercise program you enjoy and eat healthy foods that you like. This way you won't constantly feel the desire to quit.
