    Great substitution ideas for the starchy carbs. Good news on the earlier launch of the newsletter. The DVD sounds very interesting, too.

    Another fabulous one is yellow squash – works just like the spaghetti squash. Use a julienne peeler to create spaghetti – peel down to the core. Boil the “spaghetti” for 7-9 minutes. Serve with a hearty turkey meat sauce. Delicious – high protein, low carb.

    I enjoyed these simple tips Mike, will have to “steal”, “painlessly reduce starchy carbs”!

    This is a easy way to “take out” but “put in” so behaviorally we don’t feel like we are missing out, which for the client is huge!!
