I recently completed the Warp Speed Fat Loss Program. My results have
been phenomenal, and I’ll detail them later. First, I’m ecstatic to
report that my food habits are completely changed, or “healed”, to be
more accurate. The plan is very specific, and as what I needed. The
first few days required tremendous tolerance and effort, as I was
eating mostly unfamiliar food and exercising more intensely than what
I was used to.
As I settled into the regimen near the end of the first week, I became
inspired and excited about my new habits, and the potential for great
results! This enthusiasm translated itself to the gym, where I was
able to use my new mental and physical energy to exert maximum effort
where I needed to. The food became more than just palatable; it
actually tasted good! Thanks to some simple hints and just a couple
of approved substitutions, my meals were enjoyable. I stepped on the
scale after 11 days and had lost significant weight. My sleep habits
had improved. I woke up less sluggish. My mental alertness and
organizational skills were markedly improved. I started getting out
of bed looking forward to another physically fit day! This continued
throughout the remainder of the 28-day program.Based on the fact that I used two different scales, I can only provide
a good estimate of my weight loss. It is approximately 20 pounds.
And while that is way more than enough to be thrilled, I am even more
excited about having a new way to live, a brand new way to eat and
workout. Today, three days after completion, I am over 90% compliant
with the program as it is outlined, and plan to stay in the 90% zone
