In this video I share with you tips on how to jumpstart your metabolism. You want to focus on two main areas – reving up your metabolic machinery and reducing stress.
To jumpstart your metabolism you need to rev up your system increasing the amount of food you eat and increase your physical activity. In regards to exercise you specifically want to increase your interval training and your resistance training efforts (cutting down on your rest periods is a great way to do this).
The second tip is you need to reduce stress. You can do this in a couple ways:
1. Drink 5 cups of green tea per day.
2. Get 8-10 hours of sleep per day
3. Meditate for 10-15 minutes per day
