What can do for nutritionally as a nursing mom? Sometimes I feel like it’s not possible to lose weight as a nursing mom because I’m so afraid of losing my milk supply. Any suggestions?
I think that in these situations it is important to focus on metabolism enhancing activities and not metabolism decreasing activities (such as caloric restriction).
