Using shakes containing protein, fruits (vegetables if you dare), and nuts is an excellent way to create fast and nutritious meals. However, even though they are “one pot” meals cleaning the blender can be a pain (I know I’m lazy) and if you are on the go it isn’t like you can take the blender with you to drink your shake out of – right?
So check out this really cool solution that may work for you (if you have the right kind of blender).
You can use a mason jar in conjunction with the blender to make your shakes and then just take the mason jar with you. Or as shown in this picture you can use this method to turn your blender into a food processor.
