This video is a snippet from the Fat Loss Edge Presentation. In this video I discuss how you eating around you workout does not stop fat loss and increase muscle growth. This leads to a decrease in body fat percentage and thus a leaner body.

You’ll also see how skipping your workout nutrition (just once) can lead to an increase in muscle destroying hormones (it acutally sounds more dramatic than it is).

    Good information Mike. It jives well with what I’ve seen with my clients and my own workout nutrition.

    What’s your stance on liquid vs. whole food post-workout nutrition?

      Liquid is better. Gets in the system faster. Liquid is usually more convenient as well.
