Hey Mike, that’s dizzying trying to look at all the buildings you are driving by…

oh yes, i remember reading Linus Pauling noted that the incidents of heart disease in America went down quite a bit (i don’t remember the %) – when people started taking multivits, so it makes sense that the multivits would benefit us in other ways, after all it IS just more nutrition.

in my ponderings i wonder how they discover that it is ‘this’ causing this effect ie multivits keeping the telemeres long (my bad rephrasing)…
I also wonder about all the things i am taking now, that the synergistic effect of things taken together has not even begun to be explored.

    thanks :)

    Hey Mike,

Thanks for the great info on multivitamins. Would you be able to send me the research study for that multivitamin study?

If you can, feel free to send it to the address provided above.

    Thanks Mike.

I just purchased WSFL and I’m looking forward to using it with my clients!!!…and ripping the fat off them.

Eveyone gets a multi vitamin, good source of fish oil, Vit, D, and an anti-oxidant such as Co-Q10. Add these first, and then gradually start eliminating some of the bad diet habits, and add good new behaviors in eating. Keep the videos coming, and drive safely! Steve Edling
