I love the tast of pistachios and almonds. Can you eat to much of them? I find once I start I kind of can’t stop. Is there an ideal amount at each feeding?
    Thanks,
    Amir

I agree with Amir – yummy.
Raw almonds i learned from my “healthy” friend to soak overnight so they soften up – so those are easy to eat, proportion etc. I have to say pistachios and i, well it is not a love affair… much as i adore pistachos they don’t adore me – shelling them used to annoy roommate (g’bye roommate) – and i can’t get any sense of propotion – i just eat and eat and eat (i suspect i am responding to the salt!..??) – Also, i break my nails trying to pull them open (wahhhh), and so often am left with a mound of them that need a hammer to open, which leaves me with having to sort out shell from meat… sigh
