What I’m Eating
This week?s ?What I?m Eating? isn?t about a particular food but food control. I often write about the importance of making solid food choices. Many people don?t need to count calories in order to achieve the body that they want. Instead if only consume starches during and after their workouts, eat lean protein at every meal, and consume fruits and vegetables throughout the day ? that is control enough. But then there are times when you need a stricter plan. I was in that situation this week. Focusing on food choices to guide my caloric intake wasn?t getting me the results I wanted fast enough. To increase my rate of fat loss I have switched to using a food template (as outlined in Your Naked Nutrition Guide).
Are you making progress at an acceptable rate? Are you even following your nutritional plan? If you aren?t losing weight fast enough or at a consistent enough rate then it is probably time to tighten the control on your caloric intake.
